In addition, CEAC data is not available for the first few months of each year and is generally available in early January of the processing year. Why is ECAC visa status important?
In some cases, CEAC requires additional information in order to be able to decide on your application. Failure to verify application status may result in unnecessary delays and possible rejection. The website may provide information about scheduled interviews, progress and who is handling the case. The electronic CEAC tool allows applicants to check the status of their CEAC visa 24/7, providing greater transparency.
In some cases, applicants are not informed of the rejection of their visa application in their letter received after the interview. If CEAC status shows the petition is denied, applicants can contact USCIS or their local US embassy for an explanation.
By using the CEAC visa status check, applicants know how fast their case is progressing and can schedule their appointments in a timely manner without delay. Using the system will help you understand the process and receive notifications of the next steps to be taken.
Failure to use the verification functionality provided by the CEAC system may result in delays and unnecessary stress. Having the status checked by a professional visa attorney and taking action based on the system's feedback can prevent disappointment.
After receiving the visa, a status check is no longer required. Even if the request was made more than 12 months ago, the request will not be saved in the system.
Action is required for each condition. For example, if the process is in the delay phase, the applicant must make an appointment. If it is in a "ready" state, the state should be checked periodically. If the visa has the status "issued", the delivery can be tracked online. If the case indicates "administrative processing," applicants must wait for USCIS to contact them for more information.
