How we support our students
Once our students complete the application process, we are happy to talk with them to understand how we can help students improve each year. The three things that our students keep citing because they appreciate our support, in addition to the 90%+ success rate of our students getting accepted into one or more of their top 3 schools, are:
reputation for quality
When we say "unlimited" trial support, we mean it. We once edited a student's personal statement 14 times until it was strong enough to submit. Well, most of our students' personal statements are invalid.HeIt takes a long time to process (most students need 3-4 rounds) but we want to emphasize that we will do everything we can to help your child get started.
Fast processing times
We are committed to our advertised response times of 24-48 hours. Whether your child's primary caregiver is sick or dealing with an emergency, submitting your essay before a big holiday or anything in between, there is someone there to step in and support your child.
full support
In addition to asking us technical admissions questions and sending us material to edit and review, your child should never hesitate to speak up, even if they just want to vent. The college admissions process is intellectual.Yemotionally difficult. We want your child to come to their dream school feeling upbeat, motivated and supported.
